Zucchini v2.0

After numerous test versions, we slightly reduced the arch of the v2.0 clonk and adjusted the geometry to make creating the correct sound even easier. Upon entering the water surface, the concave head creates a strong, deep sound and vibrations that travel far through the water and can attract the attention of a catfish.

The main feature of the v2.0 version is the entire wooden part, crafted from a single piece of beech wood, giving it an even cleaner, more minimalist, and elegant look. The clonk is finished with a catfish engraving and the VABCA logo.

The concave head is made of durable ASA plastic, resistant to UV light, temperature changes, and normal use on the water. The entire wooden surface is additionally protected with high-quality varnish for maximum lifespan.

Care and Storage

Despite its durable construction, the clonk is a precise wooden tool. The wooden part is intentionally thin to ensure good balance, correct movement, and clean sound, so the clonk must be handled with care.

After fishing, wipe it down, let it dry completely, and store it in a dry place. We do not recommend long-term storage of a wet clonk or exposure to moisture.

For transport, we recommend using the original box in which the clonk arrives. For additional protection, you can also wrap it in a soft cloth or other protective material, especially when transporting it alongside other heavy fishing gear.

Avoid heavy impacts, crushing, stepping on it, dropping heavy objects on it, and other stresses for which the clonk is not intended.
