2.1 The right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason for your decision. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, it is enough to send a notice before the expiry of the 14-day period.

2.2 Procedure for returning goods
The goods you are returning must be undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories included. You bear the cost of returning the goods yourself, unless otherwise agreed. Return the goods to the address Šmarska cesta 11, 8290 Sevnica . We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, using the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Exceptions to the return of goods
Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods are not possible in the event of:

• If the goods have been manufactured to your exact instructions and tailored to your personal needs.
• If goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons have been opened or used.
• If the product due to its nature is inseparably mixed with other items.
